As part of the National Railway Programme until 2030 (with a perspective until 2032), Poland is conducting a comprehensive study focused on the development directions of the national railway network, taking into account limitations at key railway nodes across the country.
The project aims to analyze and identify strategies for optimizing the capacity and efficiency of Poland’s railway network, particularly where bottlenecks occur in major junctions and interchanges. The findings will support planning for future investments, infrastructure upgrades, and modernization initiatives.
Project type: National Programme
Total project value: PLN 2,942,756.72
National co-financing: PLN 1,081,686.72
Location: Nationwide
