The Polska Agencja Inwestycji i Handlu (PAIH) and the Polish Chamber of Agricultural Machinery and Equipment (PIGMiUR) have signed a cooperation agreement aimed at strengthening the international promotion of Poland’s agricultural machinery sector. The partnership formalizes and expands the organizations’ existing collaboration in supporting Polish manufacturers and exporters.
Under the agreement, PAIH and PIGMiUR will work together on promoting Polish companies abroad, organizing trade fairs, business missions, seminars, conferences, webinars, and training events. The two organizations will also exchange industry knowledge and provide expert support to better address the needs of the agricultural machinery sector.
The partnership builds on ongoing cooperation within the Brand HUB project, which promotes the internationalization of Polish SMEs. As part of this initiative, PIGMiUR has contributed to the development of a promotional video showcasing Poland’s agricultural machinery industry and has provided expert advice on priority export markets and effective promotional strategies.
The new agreement is expected to further strengthen these efforts by ensuring closer coordination between PAIH and the industry's leading representative organization. Through expert cooperation, PAIH will be able to better tailor its export support activities to the needs of Polish manufacturers, while PIGMiUR will help raise awareness of the Agency’s services among businesses across the sector.
PIGMiUR is one of Poland’s largest industry organizations representing agricultural machinery manufacturers, importers, and dealers. Founded in 1998, it currently brings together 191 member companies, including 79 manufacturers, 55 importers, and 57 dealers. The Chamber is also the organizer of AGRO SHOW, the largest outdoor agricultural machinery exhibition in Europe.
By combining their expertise and resources, PAIH and PIGMiUR aim to strengthen the international competitiveness of the Polish agricultural machinery industry, promote Polish technologies worldwide, and create new opportunities for exporters and investors.
