Every third merchandising company plans an investment on polish market. Only German companies have a higher indication rate: the number for this country reached 40 % level.
It is a forth time, when CB Richard Ellis has done annual research on merchandise market around the world. This year, 323 companies from 73 countries took part. Poland has noticed the 1.5% rise in activity. From all most important international merchandise chains, 32% already operates on polish market. Moreover, every third of those plan investment on polish market. Only German companies have a higher indication rate: the number for this country reached 40% level.
Investors are mostly interested in Warsaw, however limited supply of high-quality commercial area, has significantly influenced the limited expansion of new brands. The beneficent is Krakow, where eight new merchandise chain' shops were open. This gives a third place in ranking.
