On Friday, April 22nd of 2011 more than 70 Chinese businessmen met in Warsaw with Polish Deputy Prime Minister Waldemar Pawlak and took part in a series of individual business talks
Representatives of the biggest Chinese companies, among others from the mining, energy or automotive sector, and delegates of the Chinese International Trade Promotion Agency came to Poland to discuss details of our country’s investment offer.
Poland’s business offer was presented by the Deputy Prime Minister and the Minister of Economy Waldemar Pawlak; the President of Pracodawcy RP Andrzej Malinowski; the Deputy Mayor of Łódź Marek Cieślak and representatives of PAIiIZ who organised the seminar.
We have signed a contract for the design and expansion of National Road No. 25 on the section between Zbiersk and Kokanin. The contractor, Strabag, has 39 months from the signing date to complete the project, which is valued at PLN 484,134,160.50. Drivers will be able to use the new 18-kilometre route in the fourth quarter of 2029.
