President of Polish Agency of Information and Investment can be satisfied. More and more companies, both polish and foreign look around and plan investments. Unfortunately, the Ministry of Economy and Finance cannot break the obstacles towards investors.
- For a long time we have not had to so many projects in pocket. There are about 160 - Sławomir Majman, the President of PAII says.
Two years ago, there were two times less projects.
Although, the president emphasizes the fact that Poland climbs in rankings, he also warns that positive investment atmosphere may be damaged by bureaucracy.
- Projects will not come themselves. There are 16 big ones, worth the support from the government. However Ministries still have not agreed on common investment support system.
The Baltic Sea today plays a crucial role in the energy security of Poland and the wider region.
