The tender for the expansion of National Road No. 15 between Brodnica and Tama Brodzka has reached the stage of opening bids, revealing which contractors are interested in the project.
The GDDKiA budget for this Design & Build investment is approximately PLN 83 million. Five contractors submitted offers, all within the allocated budget:
The next step is the analysis and evaluation of the offers. The main criterion is price (60%), while the remaining 40% will consider quality guarantees, including acoustic barriers and wildlife crossings.
The expansion will take place within the city and municipality of Brodnica, starting just after the roundabout at Kolejowa Street and ending before Tama Brodzka. This is the next stage of a project completed in 2016, which included two roundabouts and a 538-meter overpass along Aleja Józefa Piłsudskiego, successfully diverting transit traffic away from the city center.
The planned works aim to enhance road safety and improve driving conditions for both residents and transit traffic. The project will include:
