PAIiIZ helps Hispánica de Aviación enter the Polish market. The Spanish giant in aviation services invests over EUR 9 mln in Poland. Hispánica de Aviación specialises in aviation services for medical and fire extinguishing purposes; and provides tourist, charter and patrol flights. For some time now the company has been successfully using the “Sokół” helicopter, manufactured by the Polish PZL Świdnik. Now due to the company’s expansion and new contracts with China, Australia and Chile, the investor decided to buy the Świdnik-based aviation company “Heliseco” which provides services similar to the ones Hispánica de Aviación does. In Poland the company invests EUR9 mln and will hire 107 people, the majority of Heliseco staff. The investor plans to buy new helicopters and expand its hangar base in Poland.
The activities may, in fact, signal only the beginning of the company's expansion in Poland. The investment will be located in Poland thanks to the commitment of the Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency.
